Costa Rican Cafetin

Tim O'Brien founded Cafetin in 2003 to process coffee grown in the areas surrounding. The name Cafetin stuck after locals referred to the farm as 'Cafe de Tim.'
Coffee from twenty five samll family farms are processed at Cafetin, and as a result of the mill, unique coffees from local micro climates have been discovered. This lot in intensely sweet and clean with notes of zesty fruit.
Aromatic, jaffa, sweet and intense fruit driven acidity.
