The great thing about going to origin is the chance to meet people who have single handedly change the coffee world. This week we have visited the Petersons and been to the site of where they discovered the geisha. Had the opportunity to meet Don Pachi who's work with coffee, varietals and coffee farming is stuff of legend. Sort of a pilgrimage to Panama.
So we have had a huge week, thanks to Daniel Peterson, Don Pachi and all our friends who looked after us Francisco, Juan Ramone, and TIm O'brien and perhaps I should mention Rudy.
