Well, we are 1 year old. It really seems to have flown by, but then again it seems like we have been here forever . The clover, the tight space, "what do you have for lunch" questions, chuckles, and the team. It has been great to have the guys and it has been a little sad to leave some behind. Its a bit of a ramble but we are still a little shabby from last night.
Ok this week, the new renegade is roasting a treat, we are really getting alot out of the coffees we have, the new additions to the roaster seem to have really made the sweetness easy to find. The cooling has to be the best. The Batres Natural is a standout, honey sweet with some deep stewed fruit tones. Also the CoE's won't be around for long, so keep an eye out for the Bolivian.

Cupping haven't decided yet but I am leaning to gathering some "guest" coffees and checking them out.
