Brother Baba Budan is a small cafe located in the central business district of Melbourne. Our aim is to improve coffee quality from Origin to Cup. We are focussed on specialty coffee and have a particular interest in Single Origin beans. We are active at Origin with farmers, members of several Specialty coffee organizations and the Cup of Excellence program.

...happy cows near the farm of our beloved San Martin farm, Cafetin in West Valley, Costa Rica.
Our container of Costa Rican's has arrived and will be showcased over the next few weeks. As mentioned we are extremely excited about the Monte Copey, and looking forward to some great cupping results.
In other news, a few new changes to our kitchen menu, new website up soon and Carlos Imbachi returns....
