So, we have finally got our lab Synesso installed, which means the new Hydra is in BBB. Therefore, a highly caffeinated week with much musing and blend work. Tony has arrived, Phat Tony, a large Italian with a large finish; our ode to the Italian espresso passion. Dead Man is going strong (remember red shoes green pants) and our espresso blend has been changing pretty much daily/weekly. Our Aricha and Beloya shipments have arrived and we are hoping our Centrals are close. We feel privileged to be invited on to our 2nd CoE jury in Brazil and we look forward to being at origin a little more.
