Brother Baba Budan is a small cafe located in the central business district of Melbourne. Our aim is to improve coffee quality from Origin to Cup. We are focussed on specialty coffee and have a particular interest in Single Origin beans. We are active at Origin with farmers, members of several Specialty coffee organizations and the Cup of Excellence program.

A huge couple of weeks with the CoE seminar finishing yesterday, food & wine festival and 7seeds. Also our beloved Bowen is back in the house after a OS sojourn. Thanks to all those who supported the seminar, to our volunteers, and of course Susie and Erwin.
The Australian roasting fraternity has certainly been accepted into the CoE fold with a few roasters of to jury/observe this year.
So back to the job ahead this week, and green coffee , our brazils should finally be in the house. Our centrals are finalized and we have some new coffees on the way.
