Brother Baba Budan is a small cafe located in the central business district of Melbourne. Our aim is to improve coffee quality from Origin to Cup. We are focussed on specialty coffee and have a particular interest in Single Origin beans. We are active at Origin with farmers, members of several Specialty coffee organizations and the Cup of Excellence program.

Tomorrow public cupping at 10.00, with some recent arrivals. Working through the blends at the moment and looking at the season for influence. Some new Kenyans in the house and busting out some more of the Costa Rican. Loads of stuff on the go at the moment which will all be revealed very soon.
Adriano aka "macaroon nazi" was more than happy with his BBB coffee the other day describing it the best ever. Very happy with that.
